Homemade Grenadine
- 16 oz pure pomegranate juice
- ¾ cup organic sugar
- ½ teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Heat the pomegranate juice on the stove until it starts to boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in sugar.
- Dissolve sugar over 5 minutes time, then add lemon juice.
- Store in the fridge for up to a month. (Freeze if you need to keep it longer.)
