Works great
Plastic top is brittle. If you drop the "lid" it will probably break or crack on you. This is my second one. Dropped it also. Now I use my finger to cover the crack hole.

Less than 6 months using the grinder (3-4 times a week for 2 tbsp of coffee beans) the bottom piece where you put the coffee beans cracked. I reached out to the manufacturer to get a replacement under warranty (you fill out a form on their website). It's been 4 days and they haven't even bothered responding.
Non-existent customer service, can crack just from being used.
