Family Table Tuesday #26

Family Table Tuesday | The Polivka Family

Welcome to the Family Table Tuesday blog carnival! The purpose of this carnival is to connect like-minded people and share our ideas, recipes, tips, and successes. Eating real food and living holistically is easier when we work together and support each other. I’m very excited to see what you all have to share this week!

Each week, I will feature the top three most-viewed posts, as well as a few of my favorite recipes on the following week’s carnival. Be sure to check back and see if you were featured!

Even if you’re not a blogger, feel free to leave your thoughts in the comments.

Hi everyone! This week I linked to my post about the very best kind of (easy) exercise that anyone and everyone should be doing for their physical and mental health. A poem in honor of Earth Day and an easy and tasty way to enjoy cauliflower – it’s creamy and uses a homemade ranch mix. Enjoy!

    Hi Courtney,
    Hope you’re doing well.
Thanks for hosting. This week I linked up a pictorial about cooking with my grandson. I feel it’s important to show this newest generation that not all food comes packaged in a bag or a box. Things can be made from scratch, with love. I also linked up a recipe for Meatballs w/ Caramelised Onion & Tomato Sauce. It’s a gluten free redo on a recipe that used to come mostly from processed foods.
    Have a great week!
    Laureen

Thanks for hosting, Courtney! This week I’ve shared a post about my experiment with planting my garden by the moon signs. Hope you have a great week!

Thanks for hosting again! I linked up to two articles this week: (1) How to travel on a healing diet and (2) An inspiring success story of a woman who healed her autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimotos) through the GAPS diet. Have a great week everyone!
